This is definitely the biggest wedding preview I’ve ever posted, so brace yourselves
Ashley and Ben, who you may remember from their super cool engagement session, were married in Grand Rapids on Saturday! The ceremony was under a huge black maple tree, surrounded by farm land, and every detail of the entire day made this one of the most beautiful, and personal weddings I’ve ever been a part of.
I was so lucky to have my dear friend Stevie T photographing this wedding with me. Quite a few of these images are hers, and they are gorgeous. I’m always so thrilled to work with her, and I think it’s safe to say we make a pretty awesome team!
Ashley and Ben have mad style, and every detail was flawless!
The couple did all of the stationary themselves! The graphic of Ashley and Ben on the RSVP card was created from one of their engagement photos! I was so thrilled to see it used throughout the wedding!
Ashley was the most beautiful bride!
The location could not have been any better! AMAZING!
Love this one of Ben’s mom blowing the couple a kiss.
Bridal Party Collage! Special request from the bride, and I just adore how it turned out!
This one is one of Stevie’s photos. The guys were in the field looking for a pair of sunglasses, but I just love how nicely spaced they are- it almost looks posed. Amazing catch, Stevie!
The door frame was made by their family specifically for the ceremony. Such a wonderful added touch!
Ashley, you’re stunning.
Their reception was held at the B.O.B. in downtown Grand Rapids.
Ashley made the cake topper herself! And there’s the engagement photo graphic again! Made into coloring pages!!
The reception had a travel theme!
Ashley and her dad had the cutest father-daughter dance I had ever seen. They danced to Father and Daughter by Paul Simon. I suggest you look it up, it’s wonderful.
Ben deejayed the after party, and I couldn’t resist getting a couple shots of him in action!
Thanks so much, Ashley and Ben for letting me be a part of your amazing day! And big thank you again to Stevie T for shooting with me! You’re so talented, my friend!
